go to sinnoh region and post that you are moving to route 201

Rioulu use quick attack to go behind it then use quick attack again to strike it fast!

alright! now jump and use quick attack so he has a less chance of hitting you then strike from above it!

Starly is confused and tackles into a tree. Riolu then uses quick attack on Starly.

alright we got her on the ropes! rioulu run straight at starly then jump and dive down on starly with a powerful quick attack!
