Scott's Scientific Findings Rsitem10 Happiness Stone
When this Stone comes into contact with a Pokemon that evolves by Happiness, the Pokemon reaches Max Happiness and evolves. However, the stone has been proven ineffective to pokemon with Happiness levels under 100.
Price: 1500 or more

If it's ok, the happiness stone can only be used when their pokemon's happiness is at 100!
