To get a picture or avatar you must first find a picture whether it is from google or something you shot from home then visit the avatars section in you profile (cubone).
Go to the website you got the picture from right click select copy picture location then go to the avatars section in you profile (cubone) and paste, save.

If you have the picture on your computor files then go to the browse button look for the picture find it and save
